All F.A.N.I.MAR members, registered in their names in the Fund through the Supplementary Health Fund, may benefit from Free legal advice<\/strong> provided by a leading professional firm, which will provide, depending on the matter, a specialised lawyer.<\/p>\n

Taking into account the ongoing health emergency, the Lawyer will be at the disposal of the Members, on a fixed working day, only and exclusively by telephone or video conference, following the instructions of the F.A.N.I.MAR Secretariat. At the end of the medical emergency, the Lawyer may also receive the Member directly at the F.A.N.I.MAR Head Office in Genoa.<\/p>\n

It must be specified that the legal advice service, as such, may concern any kind of issue with the exclusion, for obvious reasons of incompatibility, of any specific advice that may concern possible actions against one's Employer or former Employer, as well as, obviously, against the F.A.N.I.MAR itself and\/or against its reference Insurers, particularly in relation to the services provided to Members, respectively in a direct (social welfare) and indirect (insurance) form.<\/p>\n

As said, Legal Advice, per se, is completely free of charge but, in the event the need for further lawyer's intervention (from writing a preventive letter to filing a lawsuit in court) is recognised, however to be agreed upon, the costs and fees will logically be borne by the Member but the rates applied for the fees will be contained to the minimums provided for by the relevant rules.<\/p>\n

The law firm with which F.A.N.I.MAR has entered into the agreement naturally has connections with other professional firms, should a case be brought elsewhere in Italy.<\/p>\n

For further information or to book one of the envisaged and permitted legal consultations, the Member, registered by name, may contact the F.A.N.I.MAR from 15 March 2022 at the telephone number 010\/2518524 (Secretariat)<\/strong>, providing his\/her data and, briefly, the type of advice he\/she would like to obtain in order to be able to benefit from a lawyer specialised in that specific matter.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t
