PRIVACY POLICY

INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 LEGISLATIVE DECREE 196/2003

The F.A.N.I.MAR. wishes to inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (known as the "Personal Data Protection Code") provides for the protection of natural and legal persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

In accordance with the aforementioned legislation, the processing of personal data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights.

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we therefore provide you with the following information:

1. The data you voluntarily provide will be processed for management, statistical and tax purposes relating to F.A.N.I.MAR. services through the keeping of registers, lists, address books and other necessary documents.

2. The processing shall be carried out in the following manner:
with the aid of electronic instruments;
with the maintenance of paper archives.

3. The provision of data is indispensable for the exact fulfilment of the service requested of us and, therefore, any refusal to provide such data may result in the impossibility of completing the requested procedures.

4. The data may be communicated to third parties, and where necessary disseminated, only for reasons strictly pertinent to the purposes, aims and obligations of the F.A.N.I.MAR. and in any case in accordance with and in compliance with the provisions of the law on the protection of privacy.

5.The processing may also involve personal data falling within the category of 'sensitive' data, with reference to point d) of Article 4 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.
The processing that will be carried out on such sensitive data has the following purposes:
for the performance of the entrusted task;
for the fulfilment of tax obligations;
by keeping registers, lists, address books and other necessary documents

10. The data shall be retained for the exclusive reasons of time feedback and commercial utility of the data subject, without prejudice to the exercise of the rights set forth in point 11 below. In particular, then, the usability of the data for purposes of justice in the hypotheses expressly provided for by law, or for the fulfilment of regulatory obligations, shall be reserved.

11. You may exercise your rights with regard to the data controller at any time, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Article 7 - Right of access to personal data and other rights

1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.

2. The person concerned has the right to be informed:
the origin of personal data;
the purposes and modalities of the processing;
the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
the identification details of the holder, the persons responsible, and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5(2);
of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated or who or which may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the territory of the State, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of processing.

2. The data subject has the right to obtain:
updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data;
the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data are collected or subsequently processed;
certification that the operations referred to in the first two points have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right protected.

3. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
For legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
The processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.

The services contained in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyse traffic data and serve to keep track of the User's behaviour.

Google Analytics (Universal Analytics)

Google Analytics (Universal Analytics) is a web analytics service provided by Google LLC or Google Ireland Limited, depending on how the Data Controller manages the processing of the Data, ("Google"). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Application, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google.
Google may use Personal Data to contextualise and personalise ads in its advertising network.

Displaying content from external platforms
